We provide safe, sober, and comfortable living environments across all our properties. Our facilities feature updated furnishings to ensure residents feel respected, comfortable, and at home. 


We maintain high standards for our community spaces. Staff conduct multiple check-ins to ensure that:

  • House chores are completed fairly.
  • General cleanliness is consistently maintained.
  • Healthy grooming and personal hygiene habits are being supported.


Every resident is supplied with the essentials for comfort and privacy, including:

  • A bed and all necessary bedding and linens.
  • Dedicated clothing storage (dressers/closets).


Yes. Three nutritional meals are provided daily. We supply the groceries and full access to standard dishware. However, the process of ordering and preparing these meals varies by location to best fit the setup of that specific house. 


Residents do not need to worry about purchasing basic household goods. We provide:

  • On-site laundering equipment and necessary laundry supplies.
  • All essential cleaning and lavatory supplies for the house.


To help residents stay connected with family, entertainment, and resources, we provide:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi.
  • Access to multiple streaming services in common areas.
  • A shared facility landline telephone.


Our program is fully inclusive of all standard living utilities. Residents have no hidden fees for:

  • Heating and cooling.
  • Electricity and water.
  • Garbage removal.


Our team handles all maintenance and operation of the facility and grounds. This includes keeping the building safe, managing outdoor areas, and resolving any structural or appliance repairs.


Yes. We work with residents utilizing state-funded Housing Support (formerly GRH). Our team coordinates with county financial workers, and assists in managing necessary documentation—to ensure eligibility and billing run smoothly.


While we do not have staff physically on-site 24/7, our team conducts regular check-ins multiple times each week. Additionally, we maintain 24/7 video surveillance in all common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for our residents. 


While we do not manage, monitor, or dispense medications, maintaining compliance with your provider's recommendations is a requirement of residency. If we notice any concerns regarding medication management, our team will reach out to the appropriate professionals or case managers to ensure you have the proper support.
